Having issues with the speedometer. Son only rode it once. Emailing back and fourth to resolve issue. Want to return scooter and be sent a new one. Don’t wanna pay for something I’m not able to use. Really love it and want issue resolved

Rough Start

Took approximately two weeks to receive after no updates for the first week. Also offer a promotional discount for the issues but no further communication from Rydology. The Nanrobot D4+ 3.0 seems to ride better than the service I received!

Trey, I'm glad to hear the D4+ 3.0 is working well for you! I'm sad to hear our customer service didn't live up to your expectations. We strive to provide outstanding service, so when our customers issue complaints, we listen.

In your case, shipping took 9 business days. While this is acceptable for FedEx or other major carriers, we think 9 business days is too long and not the best service for our customers. You were rightfully frustrated, so in good faith we issued you a $100 refund. You see, once the scooter leaves our warehouse, we're at the mercy of the shipping company.

Amazing scooter & sales team /customer service

It is the second scooter I have bought from Rydology. It's a beast, tremendous acceleration, good brakes and many other attributes that set it apart. The best value for money I have found on the market. To drive at high speeds I recommend adapting a steering damper. Customer service is excellent.

Great scooter and fantastic sales team

I did extensive research prior to deciding on the Nanrobot D4+ 3.0 with the recent upgrades. I looked at numerous sites and brands, read reviews, and watched YouTube videos to learn as much as I could. This is a big purchase so I also checked dealers on BBB, social media, and every other way I could think of. Rydology seemed like a relatively new business based on Seattle, but didn’t have many reviews. I emailed them and Brent was super responsive. My questions were answered and they followed up with me quickly as they promised. Shipping was fast after the online purchase. It came from California, but even as a Texan, I won’t hold that against them. The scooter arrived in a few days via FedEx and the box was in great condition. I got the scooter set up (make sure to change the controls to fit your hands) and to my surprise it was fully charged. The upgraded version also has tubeless tires which was an AWESOME surprise. This is a fast ride, as I got it to 36 mph on my second ride. I’m not a pro rider but this feels solid and I’m confident on it. If you have any doubts about Rydology, cast them aside and buy from them. They are competitive in pricing and I hope they are very successful in their venture.
