Rydology stands by our products and offers a 1 Year Hassle Free Warranty on all our scooters. Peace of mind and a hassle free riding experience is our ultimate goal. To that end, our warranty process is as simple and streamlined as possible for when you need us.

Our Warranty covers the following:

  • Battery
  • Controllers
  • Motors
  • Electronic Systems

Our Scooter Warranty period begins the day of confirmed delivery.

Customers simply submit a warranty claim with accompanying pictures/videos of the issue and our engineers will provide a diagnosis, step by step fix instruction, and parts delivered to your door.

Cases we do not cover:

Water damage caused by wet conditions, mud, salt infused roads, or tar. 

Consumables (tires, brake pads, grip tape, bearings, etc), chargers, wear & tear, minor cosmetic scratches, collision, and abuse are not covered under warranty.

Worn, bent, or damaged rims/motor hubs caused by rough terrain, pot holes, or bumps.

Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to: Damage from exceeding published load/weight maximums, battery fast charging, misuse of the battery, and failure to properly maintain (battery should not be stored for long periods of time at full or at empty.)

Parts and accessories are not warranable. Our return and exchange policy does apply to them, but a warranty of any kind does not apply. 

In cases where accessories that draw power from any 5V/12V or main battery buss line, all warranty for electrical components will be VOIDED. 

Error codes or damage as a result of work performed by any shop not pre-authorized by Rydology LLC.

* On all Rydology Battery Packs is a water detection sticker above the main label. Removal of this sticker or evidence of tampering will deem the unit water damaged and void the warranty for all electrical components.

** In some situations your warranty issue may require repairs at a local shop. These situations are at the sole discretion of Rydology LLC.  If this happens, Rydology will cover the cost of repairs at the local repair shop - no joke! We got you covered.

Easy Process

Video Submission

All warranty claims will require a detailed video walk-through. After contacting us with your issue, we'll send instructions for your video submission. This video will be used by our engineers to quickly dignose and offer solutions to your particular issue.

Warranty in Action


After a video review is concluded, you'll be notified of the diagnosis. In most cases, video troubleshooting can be arranged to fix the issue. If the issue is beyond simple troubleshooting, replacement parts will be immediately sent out to repair your issue.
