Short answer..sometimes. Depending on the brand you choose, an IP rating (waterproof rating scale) will be given. These ratings will give you a good measure of which models are capable of taking some rain to those that are fully waterproof.

This will depend on the model of scooter, weight of the rider, and the surface you're riding on. Reference our filters on the collections page to find the best fit for you based on these factors.

Yes. Many manufacturers provided a maximum climbing angle for their products. Please use the filters on the collection page or the decriptors on the product pages as a guide

This will depend on relative terrain, wieght of rider, and the scooter model. We work with all of our manufacturers to give you the most accurate and realistic metrics for you to make the most informed decision possible.

Absolutely. We only work with the best US based manufacturers to ensure quality compenents for maximum safety. As with any vehicle you're operating for the first time, please cafefully read the operation manual, take it easy at first, and wear any and all applicable protective gear.

NOT AT ALL! The average electric scooter costs somewhere in between 25-40 cents to charge from 0% to 100%. Some sources quote it as low as 10 cents.

This varies by model and size of battery, but the average consumer grade electric scooter takes anywhere from 5-8.5 hours to reach full charge.

Shipping policy

From cart to doorstep, here's the details.

We ship all of our scooters via FEDEX, UPS or DHL with signature required if possible. This option is automatically chosen if possible to add an additional level of security for our customers. If you wish to have this option removed, please let us know during checkout in the "instructions for seller."

Shipping is 100% free in the continental US on all scooter purchases.

We deliver anywhere in the United States. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska there will be an addictional shipping charge applied at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on the brand ordered, processing time, shipping method, and in stock conditions. We know that customers want to get on their scooter ASAP, so we do our best to get them out a quick as possible.

Shipments are rarely, if ever, lost but in the event this does happen, we will work closely with the shipper to locate your order and get it to it's final destination. If the result of the shipper's investigation states that the shipment is lost, we will ship out a replacement unit.

If the shipment is lost, delayed, or damaged as a result of changes made to our original shipping method by the receiver, all liability with be that of the person/receiver who made those arrangements and Rydology will not compensate them in any way.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, and Cancellations

Things happen and minds change, we've got you covered either way.

We understand that things happen and sometimes minds change. With that being said, should you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase you can do so without penalty. Outside of the 24 hour window, you will be refunded the amount paid minus all applicable payment processing charges.

If your scooter comes to the door dead on arrival (and the issue is more than a simple initial charge) , we will be happy to help you diagnose the issue or find a service center to get it fixed. For all other possible issues, please reference our manufacturer warranty section.

Yes, if you're within 10 days of delivery and the scooter is still unridden and in its original unopened packaging. If outside of this window or the conditions aren't met we don't accept returns.

In all return cases, the return shipping and credit card processing fees will be paid by the customer, and the refund will be issued after inspection by Rydology.

All scooter returns that are not the result of mechanical malfunction upon delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the total refund after inspection.

Of course! If the parts are unused, no installation attempt has been made with them, and they are in the original packaging we will gladly return them. The return authorization request must be made within 10 days of order placement and confirmed by one of our agents. In all other circumstances we do not accept returns.

For unused parts returns, the cost of return shipping, credit card processing, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund after inspection.

Simply send us an email at orders@rydology.com and we'll guide you though our simple return authorization. Please do not attempt to return product without obtaining the authorization prior.

Warranty Info

Something not quite right? Here's how we fix it.

Rydology stands by our products and offers at least a 1 year warranty on all our scooters. Some scooters even include a 2 year warranty! Peace of mind and a hassle free riding experience is our ultimate goal. To that end, our warranty process is as simple and streamlined as possible for when you need us.

Our Warranty covers the following:

*Battery

*Controllers

*Motors

*Electronic Systems

Our warranty period begins the day of confirmed delivery.

Customers simply submit a warranty claim with accompanying pictures/videos of the issue and our engineers will provide a diagnosis, step by step fix instruction, and parts delivered to your door.

Cases we do not cover:

Modifications of any sort, water damage, consumables (tires, brake pads, grip tape, etc), wear & tear, collision and abuse are not covered under warranty.

* Labor is not included in any warranty situation.
